No. The Spanish Playhouse is a private Spanish immersion and arts education program. We offer scheduled instructional program sessions (including a half-day morning program and afternoon enrichment), and we do not operate as a daycare, preschool, childcare center, or custodial care program. Families are responsible for supervision outside of program hours.
No. Our programs are for beginers and intermediate Spanish speakers. Intermediate speakers will be challenged to serve as translators for beginners while beginners learn new words and concepts. Every class is personalized to benefit each individual student and their language goals.
Yes! You do not need any experience in the arts to receive the full benefits of our Spanish immersion program. We use the arts to create a fun and dynamic immersion experience for everyone.
We offer up to two makeup classes per session for our Mommy/Daddy & Me and Kids classes.
Makeup classes are not available for the Day Program, Spanish Club, or Adult classes.

Yes. We understand how busy schedules can be and sometimes a snack in between activities is necessery. If you or your child need a snack, before or during class, we ask that you do so in the back room. Please ensure to throw away any left overs and/or trash before returning to class.
If you would like to bring a guest to class, please contact us first. To ensure a safe distance between families, our class capacity is limited.
We will send out an email and text notification if class is cancelled due to illness, bad weather, or any unusual circumstances. A makeup class will be rescheduled.
In cases of prolonged absence due to severe illness or any other unpredictable circumstance, a credit for up to 5 missed classes may be provided towards a future session.
